Cover My Staff was founded by, and is a trading style of, Engage Health Group Ltd.

Engage Health Group Ltd. is directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, reference 812846.

Will you offer support after I’ve invested in a benefits scheme?

Yes, we can support you after buying a policy by handling the admin and assisting with claims if there is a dispute. We’ll also review policies each year to check they are offering good value.

Do you receive commission?

If you buy a policy through Cover My Staff we will pick up a commission from the insurer we place you with.

However, this will not increase the cost of your policy as the commission is the equivalent of how much it would cost to engage with the insurer’s sales team directly.

What credentials do you have as a broker?

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and our broker group are members of the Association of Medical Insurers and Intermediaries (AMII). Many of our advisors have professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Insurers (CII).

Can you help with claims?

Yes. If you buy a policy through Cover My Staff, we’ll be there to assist with claims disputes.

So, if you believe a staff member has been unfairly refused a claim, we can look into it and give our impartial verdict.
